Overview

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the SKYJADE website and the purchase of products from SKYJADE. By using our website and purchasing our products, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

 

Prices and Payment

Pricing: Prices are determined at the time of order and are subject to change without notice until a deposit has been received.

Payment: A deposit of 50% of the invoice price is required when placing an order. The balance must be paid in full before delivery. Payments must be made without any deductions.

 

Delivery

Timeline: Customers must collect or accept delivery within 5 days of notification of availability. Delivery times are not guaranteed and the company takes no responsibility for delivery times once goods are lodged with a courier.

Risk: Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon dispatch.

 

Ownership and Title

Ownership: Legal ownership of the goods passes to the customer only when full payment is received. Liability for damage or loss rests with the customer once the goods are dispatched.

 

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Defective Products: We will replace defective or incorrect products at no additional cost if the issue is verified to be our fault. Contact us at support@skyjades.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

Customer Responsibility: If the defect is due to customer handling, the customer will bear the cost of replacement and shipping.

Change of Mind: Returns for change of mind are not accepted.

Exchanges: Exchanges are allowed within 7 days. The customer will cover all related shipping costs and a restocking fee of 25% or $100, whichever is greater.

Custom Orders: Custom-designed products are non-returnable and non-refundable.

 

Warranties and Liability

Warranty: All goods are covered by manufacturer warranties. Notify us immediately in writing upon discovering any defects.

Limited Liability: SKYJADE is not liable for any delay in delivery or any defect in the goods once dispatched. Liability is limited to the replacement or repair of the goods, or reimbursement of the purchase cost.

 

Communication

Contact: All communications regarding the contract must be in writing, delivered by hand, registered post, or email. Address communications to: Manager, SKYJADE.

 

Governing Law

Jurisdiction: These Terms and the Contract are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where SKYJADE operates. Customers agree to mediation before initiating any legal proceedings.
