Returns and Refunds

1. Eligibility

   - Returns are accepted for defective products or incorrect items received due to our error.

   - Returns for change of mind are not accepted.

 

2. Process:

   - Contact our customer service team at support@skyjades.com within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.

   - Provide your order number and details of the issue.

 

3. Conditions:

   - Items must be returned in their original packaging and in unused condition.

   - Custom-made products are non-returnable and non-refundable.

 

4. Refunds:

   - Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

   - Approved refunds will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.

 

Exchanges

1. Eligibility:

   - Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.

   - If the defect or error is confirmed to be our fault, we will cover the return shipping costs and the cost of sending the replacement item.

   - If the defect is due to the customer's handling, the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs.

 

2. Process:

   - Contact our customer service team at support@skyjades.com to arrange an exchange.

   - Provide your order number and the details of the product you wish to exchange.

 

3. Conditions:

   - Items must be returned in their original packaging and in unused condition.

   - A restocking fee of 25% or $100 (whichever is greater) will be applied for exchanges not due to our error.

 

Shipping and Handling

1. Responsibility:

   - For defects or errors caused by us, we will cover all return and replacement shipping costs.

   - For defects caused by the customer, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs related to returns and exchanges.

   - We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $85.

 

2. Damage During Shipping:

   - If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage and packaging. We will assess the situation and arrange for a replacement if necessary.
